It is always nice when the TA reviews prove to be true, and a definite validation of the Heritage Inn occurred for my wife and I on our recent stay there.

Craig and Joanne immediately make you feel like an old friend. They have figured out the unique combination of allowing the guest to be waited and pampered on, while still feeling like you can relax and enjoy their facility. You can tell they really like doing this.

Though Snowflake is not on most lists of top vacation spots, if you are planning on spending any time there I suggest to contact them in advance to help with activities available in the area (golfing, museum, hiking, driving tips, etc.); as their is more than initially pops up. It is a testament to their enjoying running the Inn by how much they have learned and integrated themselves into the community for their guest's satisfaction.

This should be at the top for anyone who enjoys premier B&B's.

My husband and I slipped away for a night at this lovely B & B. We stayed in the Abraham Lincoln Room. The bed was comfy, the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was delightful. The property itself is so pretty and inviting. Breakfast was divine. We hope to return again!

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and had a great time! We had never been to a Bed & Breakfast, and were pleasantly surprised. We were welcomed by a warm smile from JoAnne & Craig, and then brought to our super-cute, comfortable room. There was PLENTY of food and it was excellent!! We really enjoyed chatting with JoAnne and Craig -they made us feel welcome. We can't wait to make another trip back!!

My husband and I stayed at this lovely place for one night in July. It is beautifully furnished with lovely antiques and other timeless decor items. There was a lovely claw-foot tub in the large bathroom. Everything was clean; the bed was sumptuous.

This B&B is pet friendly, so we arrived with our dog. (They have several rooms dedicated to people with pets.)

Our stay was quiet and comfortable overall. Our room was a little small--no couch or table to sit at, but we understand that with a pet, the very nicest and/or largest rooms just might not be available to us. (We were appreciative that we could stay in such an elegant place with our dog <who really is a good guy that doesn't cause trouble.>) The only thing that gave us pause is the fact that we were on the 2nd floor and needed to use an outside (quite steep) wooden staircase to reach our room. With my not-so-young knees, I would request a bottom floor room next time.

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. We were asked to indicate our choices of menu the night before, and wow--did they ever deliver! We ate in their beautiful dining room, and everything was cooked to absolute perfection. I'm still day dreaming about that breakfast!

Our English hostess added an elegant touch with her beautiful smile and lovely accent!

My wife and I just came back to our eighth visit to this wonderful B&B. As usual, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Joanne and Craig made us feel welcome, the room was superb, and the breakfasts were great. We enjoyed breakfast on the front porch and the cool air was wonderful after the 118 degree heat of Phoenix. This is one of our favorite B&Bs and it is richly deserving the press it is getting in Arizona Highways, AAA magazine, and the Arizona Republic. We will go back again soon!

This is truly wonderful B&B with very congenial hosts. Our room was charming and incredibly comfortable. Craig and Joanne welcomed us and were very helpful in guiding us to things to do in the area. Joanne even called the local museum to make sure a volunteer would meet us there the next morning for a tour. The buffet breakfast was amazing. So much food and all delicious! The grounds were lovely and we spent quite a bit of time sitting in the garden and enjoying the double hammock under the apple trees. We spent time chatting with our hosts and found them both friendly and accommodating. We've already recommended this B & B to friends and are planning a return trip in the autumn to take in the fall colors. The fact that our dog is welcome is an added bonus! Wonderful place to stay:)

I came with some friends to relax and attend the lavender farm festival. The food was wonderful, especially the "German Babies". It was quiet and relaxing to sit outside, read, write, enjoy the beauty and the sounds of the fountains. I have already recommended the B & B to others and would enjoy coming back with my husband.
Thank you for a wonderful weekend!
