Never a problem with this hotel. We have stayed here at least 6 times. Front desk is very nice, and they even give you a couple free drink coupons for their lounge. They are also pet friendly, and the beds are comfy. We have always been treated well here. It's quiet and allows for a good nights rest. In contrast to Sierra Suites which treated us VERY poorly. This will always be our choice for SV! We have family here and stay at least 2-8 times per year. We also have a very small dog, a min pin he is only 8lbs. We have no issues AT ALL when we bring our dog, which is very frequently given we live in Phoenix. It's easier to bring him for a one nights stay. This place is at the top of my list for Hotels in Sierra Vista, AZ!!!

We hoped that one of the reviewers on this page had been right and that it would have improved but this is the WORST hotel for the price that we have ever stayed at--in Canada, Europe or Mexico! When we told the front desk person in the morning that our room had been terrible (shabby, the bed sagged and shook, the coverlet was dirty) she was surprised. We asked to see other rooms in case it was just this one but they were all equally awful. I don't know how this hotel stays in operation.
We are still seaching for another hotel today but I am NOT going back to that place!

We just returned from a 3 night stay at the Windemere Hotel in Sierra Vista and deeply regret having decided to stay there. Although the hotel looks nice, the housekeeping staff is unable to clean the rooms well or in a timely fashion. During our 3 days our room was not cleaned even once. Finally, after numerous complaints to the front desk (who are very inattentive) a young man brought sheets for a change of bedding, but brought only a twin size bottom sheet and a queen top stheet for our queen size bed. After we saw what he had done, we waited another hour for the same young man to bring the proper sheets and fresh towels. There was no mattress protector and the sheets are the cheapest that you can find. At check out I intended to bring this to the attention of the clerks, however, they were inattentive and finally we just left. Overall, this was not a good experience.

Absolutely the Worst place we have ever stayed!!! Upon check-in the clerk did not want to honor our quoted Internet rate; Then the keys were coded wrong. The hallway carpets should have been replaced about 5 years earlier. The room smelled of mold and mildew, bugs everywhere, torn wallpaper, and Very noisy, etc ... Your worst nightmare come true!
You were offered (1) free drink per room per day at the bar if you first obtained a "coupon" from the main desk. And also a free breakfast with of course another "coupon" from the front desk. How corny is that! We didn't even bother sticking around for breakfast.
No wonder they have a bug problem. Outside our room at check-in there were dirty dishes in the hallway and still there when we checked out the next morning @ 10.
We had reservations for (5) nights but checked out after one and went to the Comfort Inn down the street and had a very pleasant stay. And of course we were hassled about our room rate at check-out again. Very rude desk clerks and manager.
