Stayed at this Fairfield 2 nights in Feb. Hotel is new but the housekeeping staff needs to do a better job. Rooms were not cleaned well. Since cleanliness at a hotel is my number 1 priority, I will not return. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast area was well kept and extremely clean. Coffee and tea are available 24 hours.

Spent one night in between seeing Kartner Caverns and going to Bisbee. We were looking for a quiet place that wasn't quaint like Bisbee and this filled the bill very well. Breakfast was nice (included in the room price), but the hours were pretty short (6:30-9), and they weren't really ready at 6:30. Place was very quiet, next door to an Applebees and a shopping mall. Pool was not swimmable in our opinion. Room was large, very clean, and looked like new (couldn't tell how old the motel is). Parking was ample.

We traveled down to Sierra Vista after Thanksgiving and booked a stay with the Fairfield. We've stayed here before and never have a problem. The rooms are a bit small, but everything is crisp and clean. Applebees is right next door and a mall within easy walking distance out the front lobby doors. Pool is small, workout room has a few pieces of equipment for a good workout. We come down to Sierra Vista a lot and have yet to find a better place to stay. Hotel is relatively new which is a plus in our book. Be sure to check out the Coronado National Monument south of town and take a hike up to the natural limestone cave. Delio's is a good place to eat if you're looking for something casual.

Hotel and staff wonderful. We stayed here for 2 nights the room was very nice. We went to Tombstone it was only about 20 mins away. There was a mall next to the hotel. Breakfast was good also. We stayed in 2 other Marroitt hotels and picked then out through Trip Advisor. Thanks for your help Trip Advisor.
