Turned up at this hotel with a coupon from Exitinfo. It is probably one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The hotel was recently built and the staff were really good. The breakfast was excellent and the reception area was top class. We were in the area to visit Tombstone, Bisbee, Nogales etc., but found Sierra Vista to be a nice, clean town with an interesting past.

“Nice Hotel”

Fairfield Inn & Suites Sierra Vista

Oct 10, 2007

We booked this hotel as a central location for Tombstone, southern Arizona wine country and Bisbee. Highly recommend this hotel for location and a pleasant lodging experience. The front desk staff is great as is the breakfast. We were upgraded to a suite; however, the previous occupants had smoked in the room. This is not the hotel's problem as it is difficult to remove that smell. Not to miss - OK Corral, Big Nose Kate's and Bird Cage Museum in Tombstone.....Callaghan's Winery in Elgin......Santiago's Mexican Restaurant in Bisbee.

Stayed at this Fairfield 2 nights in Feb. Hotel is new but the housekeeping staff needs to do a better job. Rooms were not cleaned well. Since cleanliness at a hotel is my number 1 priority, I will not return. Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast area was well kept and extremely clean. Coffee and tea are available 24 hours.

Spent one night in between seeing Kartner Caverns and going to Bisbee. We were looking for a quiet place that wasn't quaint like Bisbee and this filled the bill very well. Breakfast was nice (included in the room price), but the hours were pretty short (6:30-9), and they weren't really ready at 6:30. Place was very quiet, next door to an Applebees and a shopping mall. Pool was not swimmable in our opinion. Room was large, very clean, and looked like new (couldn't tell how old the motel is). Parking was ample.
