I booked this hotel, because people at Tripadvisor said it was the best in Sierra Vista, and I generally trust the community of Tripadvisor. So as usual, Tripadvisor contributors were right.
I haven't been to any other hotels in Sierra Vista, but If I do stay overnight, I will stay here again.
Note....The Hotel is nothing spectacular, it is just everything they provide is above average for the surroundings. The Hotel is located right near the Army base located in the Sierra Vista. The front desk people were increadibly nice and helpful.
They offer a happy hour which includes either a free beer (amber bock or bud light) or for $1, a half pitcher, which is an incredible deal. The location of the hotel also appears to be pretty central, and since it is located near the Army base, there are a lot of army personel walking around the facility, which made me feel very safe. The hotel also has a small pool and work out facility.
The room was very clean and nicely appointed with tasteful southwest Decor provided. The bed was comfortable and the TV included cable. The shower pressure was okay, but overall, the room was great. Lastly the high-speed internet service was really high-speed, which was helpful on my business trip.
Breakfast is continental, but it has all you need: Bagels, cereal, coffee, juices, waffel maker, fruit, yougurt, etc and is included. I would definetly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Sierra Vista area.
