Seemed nicer than Expresses a decade ago. Clean. Above avg shower with shower message head. Breakfast was more than expected. Rooms in back facing south are next to the post office driveway with semi trucks in and out till early evening.

Typical 80's motel room, but quiet, clean, comfortable, good breakfast offerings. We stayed one night on our way to Phoenix and the road from Show Low to Phoenix is beautiful. If you're staying more than a couple of nights, you'll want more than the basic room (those rooms are in a different area of the property) because it would get claustrophobic, but for a night, it was just right.

The hotel on the outside looked nice and the lobby was good. They had fruit, chips and cookies there for you as you arrived. This is a small hotel. The rooms were okay, nothing fancy. The jets in the tub would take your skin off, they were so powerful. And the knob to turn them off is on the outside wall of the bathroom/bedroom! The breakfast is nice though. They had everything you could want for free! The pool was just okay too. I did stay in the Holiday Inn in Pinetop and I would prefer this on over it.

We stopped here whilst travelling from Monument Valley down to Southern Arizona. The indoor pool was a welcome refresher after a long day of travelling. The front desk staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Our very large was clean with a reasnoably siaed bathroom. Ate at The Branding Iron Steak House in Show Low, where the food and service were excellent. Breakfast room was a little small, but overall the hotel was excellent value for money.
