Very clean linens, beds, towels. TV is a newer color model.
The shower worked perfectly as did the hot/cold water.

The two bed room also has a microwave and a small fridge, which is nice when you store and then reheat leftovers you brought back from supper.

The staff are super friendly, polite and concerned.

This motel is on the East side of the town, about 600 yards from "downtown". We liked this because it made driving in/out much easier-especially true on weekend afternoons.

When you stay in any town along RT 66 be aware that you will hear trains all day-but by 8 pm they are far fewer. We were not bothered at all by them.

We will stay here again. We are actually planning on June and Sept. of next year.

I wasn't expecting much from a motel in a small town, but the Stagecoach is a real find. I was told it recently came under new management, and the staff I interacted with were incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was immaculate and very quiet due to the large lot the motel is situated on. Because of the large property there is also space outside of the rooms for barbecuing or sitting and relaxing. I found the open peace and quiet to be a major advantage over the other motel options in town. Whatever your reason for going to Seligman, I highly recommend the Stagecoach 66 Motel.

The folks that run this place have hosted our RT. 66 run every time we have had it. It is a great place to stay and the people that run it take real good care of us! They sure do know the meaning of customer service.

Okay, let's not kid ourselves. This is not a deluxe hotel. It's a mid-century hotel on old Route 66 in a tiny little town. I stayed here entirely by accident. I planned to stay in Flagstaff, but bad weather forced our party to stop in Seligman, AZ. A local gas station recommended the Stagecoach 66 motel, just outside of downtown Seligman. It didn't look like much, but it got the job done. For less than $40 for a married couple, we got a clean non-smoking room with nice sheets, a comfortable mattress and pillows. The accommodations were unquestionably spartan, but it's safe, clean and relatively quiet (if trains in the night bother you, Seligman doesn't have much to offer). The level of hospitality was high, as the owner provided me with lots of history on the motel and Seligman. I wouldn't go out of my way to stay at the Stagecoach 66, but it was a perfect port in the storm, literally. Before you leave Seligman, be sure to check out Snow Cap in downtown. It's an experience you won't forget or regret!
