We stayed here for one night, and have nothing but good things to say about this hotel.

We had booked a double queen room facing the red rocks, and the view was truly spectacular from the balcony. The rooms were also nicely furnished, although operating the television left something to be desired. However, we didn't really care much for that little shortcoming.

We also made use of the indoor/outdoor pool that was a short walk away - being part of the villas. A little further down was Oak Creek, a portion of which is on hotel property, where you can spend a very relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Sedona.

Overall an excellent stay.

Stayed here 2 nights with my family in June. Location is awesome - beautiful views of the red rock, walking distance to town. Able to use facilities for work out, pool, ping pong, etc at adjacent time share location. Breakfast just okay. Rooms clean and well appointed. Took a jeep tour and loved it!

This hotel is in a convenient location - you can walk to all of the shops and restaurants in Uptown Sedona. If you get a room facing the rear of the building, you will have great red rock views (but read below about the view). The room itself is freshly painted and has nice furniture. Fridge was too small ( it was not the usual half size model, more like a quarter size). There was no microwave. Breakfast is above average for this kind of hotel.

The public areas are open air and have a kind of "Day's Inn" quality. Although the room is nicely appointed, and even has some nice tile and granite, it is still just an average mid-level hotel room. The railings on the balcony largely block the view of the red rocks if you sit in the provided chairs. Loud equipment on the roof is clearly audible and interferes with quiet enjoyment of the view while sitting on the balcony (at least from the fourth floor). There are two pool areas - one right behind the hotel, and one in the adjacent time share condos. The one in the time share was the nicer of the two - like everything else it was good, not great.

I won't say this is a bad hotel - it isn't. We paid approximately $200 a night, and frankly it wasn't worth it. I would recommend staying a bit farther away, and saving your money for the Pink Jeep tour, where you will get truly spectacular views. You can drive your car to uptown Sedona if you want to shop, after you have spent a few hours there you will have seen everything.

If you get a good price, or if this location is critical for you, then stay here, otherwise shop around carefully.

Great place for families or couples! Request a red rock view room - amazing to wake up to that view and sit out and watch the stars. Sunsets are incredible.
Room is large, bathroom is a little small, but with 4, we managed just fine. Linens & towels nice & all staff were very helpful and pleasant. Has a small frig, but no microwave (would have been very helpful).

Hotel guest are allowed to use the condo pools ( 2 outside & 1 inside) jacuzzis (1 outside & 1 inside), sauna, locker rooms, pool table, ping-pong, piano, & fitness center, as well as the access to Oak Creek. The hotel pools are clean and surprisingly not over-crowded! The hotel provides pool towels, which is very helpful when traveling.

Nice complimentary breakfast (eggs, sausage, toasts, muffins, make-your-own waffles, oatmeal, fresh fruit, juices, coffees, etc.) which saved us a lot, as Sedona can be an expensive place to feed a family of 4. Served 6-11 with an outside pation and view of the rocks.

Hotel is close to all the Uptown shops & restaurants, no traffic noise, but AC units are pretty noisy. We would go back any time!

This is a wonderful property with awesome views of the Sedona Red Rock. Our room was on the fifth floor and had an unobstructed view of the Red Rocks. We spent a fair amount of time on our balcony enjoying the view. The property is well kept and clean. The pool is clean and refreshing and also has a wonderful view. The morning breakfast was perfect and was a wonderful way to start the day before heading out to the local attractions. We highly recommend the Pink Jeep Tour - Broken Arrow Tour - this is a fun, four-wheelin' experience which takes you through the Sedona Red Rock. They stop along the way and let you take in the wonderful vistas and the beauty of the rock formations. Open Range Bar and Grill is a tasty restaurant located in Sinagua Plaza adjacent to the Best Western Arroyo Roble - which is about five minutes (walking distance) away. We ate at Open Range several times during our visit to Sedona and would recommend it to any tourist looking for a simple meal.
