We asked specifically for internet when reserving the room by phone and they said yes, it didn't work. It was never fixed. They didn't know what to do so they just threw up their hands and we were without it.
Lobby was being remodeled and a mess. This I'm sure couldn't be helped. Phone didn't work in the room. Had to desk 3 times to get it fixed. Desk clerk was never there.He was taking care of room requests, check-ins, remodeling, etc. We were denied our AARP discount. We received it at all others with no question, we had our card at each check-in. Most expensive Hampton we had stayed in the previous 9 days. We stay in Hamptons because we know what we will get. Extremely disappointing, very poor service and accomodations.
