Our family just returned from Sedona recently, and appreciated our stay at the hotel.
The location was quiet and convenient - not in the "touristy" area, but there were restaurants, markets, and a Walgreens in walking distance. The room was clean (housekeeping staff was wonderful), and the beds were very comfortable. There was a simple breakfast in the lobby area, which we found very handy since we were on the run. We also found the high speed internet access helpful when we were making sure that our other vacation plans were still on schedule. All of this for a reasonable price!
Best of all were the hotel staff. They were knowledgeable and very friendly - lots of aloha. We especially enjoyed the night crew who made sure that we all okay. A special "mahalo" to BJ Cantwell and Katherine Litke...and to Julisse for making our stay a wonderful experience.

Hotels are expensive in Sedona, but this was a good value for the price. Room was clean and quiet. The pool was nice after a long day doing all the typical tourist stuff. Management was helpful and courteous. All in all we had a very nice stay in Sedona.

Clean friendly hotel in a great location. Free internet access. Very quite and great value.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is on the weak side. Had a problem as we requested a rollaway bed. I called 8:00 am on the morning we were to arrive. Spoke to a gentleman who confirmed they received our request and he proceeded to tell me they only have 2 rooms in the hotel that have permanent rollaways. 1 is smoking and the other is non smoking. He said he would make sure we received the nonsmoking with the rollaway and there would be no problem. When we arrived the hotel around 5:00pm, we were told that room was not availble and had just been assigned to someone else about 1/2 hour before we arrived. The person at the desk said if they had known we wanted it they would have held the room for us. The kids stepped up and shared a bed.
