Paid $149 for this hotel and got the extra large room which is actually a double room with bed and giant separate living room area with larger refrigerator and microwave. It had a separate wet bar area with sink and mirror which made it easy for 2 to get dressed at the same time. Room was clean and service was good. Breakfast was better than average with some eggs, french toast, sausage patties and biscuit and gravy. Hotel is located off the main drag, but only 1 mile or less from all the restaurants. We had the room closest to the road, but never heard any traffic noise. I think they have double pane windows.

I spent a lot of time choosing this hotel as there are so many "resorts" in the area. I never saw any resort over 2 stories high. Maybe their is an height ordinance or something. Looked like glorified Motel 6's to me. I am really glad I decided to stay at the Hampton Inn and not pay extra for the so called resorts.

I had booked this hotel after reading about it on here.. We used our hilton points for the stay.. the staff was Great.. we got in late and Sue helped us out.. we asked for an upgrade and had no problem..

Sue also helped us with some great places to Eat.. She made out stay really pleasant..

The free breakfast was perfect since we are not big breakfast eaters.

The hotel was nice and clean and we had a great time.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn for 4 days in October 2007 . Our room was very comfortable,quiet and well furnished. There is a breakfast bar and coffee , fruit and cookies provided. We will definitely stay there again when we go back to SEDONA.

The 2 staff at the front desk went out of their way to help us during our stay with tips about places to eat, discount for Jeep rides. One of the staff was an lady who had visited the UK (Wales) the other an older lady . They are staff members of the month as far as we are concerned. We cant praise them highly enough

The hotel in West Sedona - a quieter part of town but has nice views and is within a car ride of several decent eating houses. We recommend the PIZZA PALAZZO which you can walk to.

You must go to the Coffee Pot for breakfast which close by . Food is great and decor includes photos of alot of western movie stars.

We recommend you go for a walk at Soldiers Pass and also take a Jeep ride.

ALL in all a great stay in a really nice hotel

I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Sedona. True it's not in the center of town, but it's not very far from it and there is free parking downtown anyway. Plus, this hotel is closer to all the hiking. It's also closer to D'Lish, a vegetarian restaurant I highly recommend.

As for the hotel itself, they were doing a little remodeling but it wasn't bothersome. The rooms were nice, the bed was comfortable, and they had the typical continental breakfast. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
