We had two double rooms on upper floor for one night. The room was spotless and of good size. Beds very comfortable.

The hotel is actually in Oak Creek village which is aprox. 10mins south of Sedona. We really liked this location as it was closer to Bell Rock and a great deal quieter than the now very touristy Sedona.

My teenagers liked the pool but felt it was too cold to stay in for long! It was also sighted to the front of the hotel next to the road so it was not very relaxing with all the traffic going by.

Breakfast was very good and included in the price.......basic but with toast ,fresh fruit, waffles & cereals it set you up for the day. This is a great bonus when travelling with kids.

We had originally booked for 2 nights but had to change our plans on arrival......the management did not charge us for our late change, and were very helpful.

Overall this was a great hotel.....not so pretty on the outside, but everything you would need on the inside! The price was exceptionally good for this region. We would stay here again

We checked in on Sunday June 18 and proceeded to our 2nd floor room. It was clean, well maintained and had VERY comfortable beds. The view was spectacular. This property is greatly underrated. If you want a clean, basic hotel, with a pool, breakfaast and a fridge in the room, this is the place. Sal is very knowledgeable about the area. Check out Maria's across the street for authentic mexican food. The place looks a little rough around the edges but the wonderful food makes up for it.

The motel is a very nice motel that is 5 miles south of Seodna. It is in a quite area. The check in was easy. The price was right at $89 since most places in Sedona are a lot more. the room was nice and roomy. Hacving a room facing the red rocks is an advantage. The view is spectacular. The pool is small. The breakfast was good. The fresh waffles was a plus although you have to ask someone to make them for you.

For our first time to Sedona we wanted to be out of the busier area and we wanted to have a peek at the two golf courses nearby so the Kokopelli Inn made the short list for this trip. It was clean, the rooms are big, it has a small pool, the views of the Rocks are certainly dramatic, breakfast was ok and all in all it is a convenient motel to start your explorations from.
There is a spiffy IGA and several restaurants within walking distance. We tried the Japanese and enjoyed the family atmosphere and tasty food. The owners have relocated from Mauii so we chatted away and had a nice evening. To conclude, watch out for another motel in town with a similiar name so you don't get the two mixed up. Would suggest you get an upper room on the Bell Rock side. Also, I thought the check in check out reception chap could maybe lighten up a bit -he seemed a bit tense but otherwise we thought it was fine. The price was $99 for a king basic
