Had a pleasant two-night stay. Credit card statement showed billing for 3 nights. After almost 3 months, issue is still unresolved. Language problem in dealing with other than routine issues.

When we arrived at the motel, the front desk staff was clueless and sweating profusely, it wasn't that hot. None of the front desk staff were familiar with the area, ie: directions to the nearest grocery store, they actually had cards for a restaurant down the street on the front desk and none of the staff knew where it was located. The rooms were what I call "ghetto fab", meaning the jacuzzi tub was an afterthought, "here lets put it in this corner". The shower head had no power it took forever to rinse soap off. There was a green gel on the walls in the bathroom, not sure how the maid missed it. Two of the three bulbs above the bathroom mirror were burned out. Drywall nails protruding from the walls. The a/c made alot of noise!! I think the owner should stay one night in each room so that they see what we see.

Requested a smoking room on first floor. When arrived given key to room but room had not been cleaned (this was 7:00 pm). Given key to another room. Also uncleaned. Given key to no smoking room - no TV. Given key to 4th room - nonsmoking but with jacussi the size of a small casket and was told we could smoke in the room. Used debit card (by accident) When checked out given accurate receipt. When checked computer later was dupted of $20.00. What a place. Pool was awful with sides crumbling. Soda machine did not work. And as I have said housekeeping does not exist. Cheap but not worth the hassle.

The value of good web page design obvious. Location not as expected as shown on web page nor was the ammenities kept up. Located miles from the main village. Rooms less than average cleanliness and the jetted tub showed lack of maintenance and attention. One night stay while on the road yes, multiple night stay probably not. Friendly staff was the highlight.
