We visit Sedona nearly every year sometime during the late winter or early spring, and have used this property many times, including our most recent visit (03/14-17/2005). Don't think for one minute that this is a quality hotel because it isn't, in any way, but for those who want to spend most of their time out and about in this delightful area it's a real bargin, considering the other greatly overpriced, and overated properties in this city. The rooms have a bed, TV, phone, very basic bathroom and (maybe) a view if the room's on floor #2 or #3. The hotel is rather dated and sorely in need of an facelift, but if that were to happen the room rates would skyrocket, so for now what you see will have to be what you get. If value and a place to lay your head down interests you for one of the best room rates in Sedona then try Super8, and save a few bucks towards a nicer dinner.
