After bidding for days and being rejected on priceline for the Radisson Poco Diablo resort and Hilton, we finally gave up and found this hotel's rates cheaper and pictures even better than them. My most important features are cleanliness, nice bedding and newer bathroom. Great value. The hotel is still in motel structure but the rooms are nice, refrigerator available too.
We stayed in room 221 and our bathroom at granite countertops, a new shower head that is detachable and height adjustable, as well as a curtain rod that is round so that we don't have to touch the curtain while showering. Sink area separate from the shower/toilet which is convenient when sharing.
Beautiful view from our balcony of the Sedona landscape as well as the pool. The weather was perfect. You will need a sweater at night. Don't forget that Sedona is much cooler than Phoenix due to its higher elevation. Check out pictures.
Pet friendly hotel with non-refundable fee.
Definitely check out the restaurant Cafe Elote that's connected to the restaurants. I found great reviews and agreed with them. They are very busy and don't take reservations for parties less than 5. We put our name in at 7:30 and eventually got seated at 9pm. Good thing we were able to relax in our room while we waited.
The hotel is walking distance to Tlaquepaque Village but it was difficult for us to get there having to walk around all the construction going on.
