Had a great stay here recently. Big clean, newly decorated rooms in an easy location and great value....plety of food options nearby for lunch or dinner, just check with the staff.
Speaking of staff, everyone was great, apart from the front desk person, Francine. We were received when it was not busy, without a smile or welcome and when I was asked for passport and credit card, it was done coldly without a smile, but worse, without even looking at me. So when I said "come on, humour me....at least look me in the eye when you are taking my money".....her response was to glare at me for the rest of the interaction......icluding a frosty...."for the second time, yes", when I asked for reconfirmation that the Sedona Airport was a good place to see the sunset.
To the owner and/or manager......this is a great place and great value....but give Francine some customer service training or else place her in a role where she is not the "face" of your business.
