Stayed here for 1 night in May. We had rooms on the 2nd floor above the office and the rooms were either new or newly remodeled. Rooms were clean and nice and the price was very reasonable for Sedona. Continental breakfast selection was limited but adequate. Location was also good and the grounds and view pleasant. Would stay here again.

Most Trip Advisor reviewers were either quite satisfied or were somewhat less so finding the lodging adequate. My vote would go to the adequate side. The room, bed and price were all fine, and we did enjoy our stay there. But if you have any nutritional standards or deviate from the mainstream in your dietary habits, the breakfast will disappoint.

Very clean well kept hotel with excellent staff. I would recommend this hotel to all.

My friend and I needed a low cost motel for 1 night on the way to Williams, AZ. This motel was $100 with a large, clean room with a nice balcony viewing the red rocks. The only drawback was a tiny bathroom but it did have the sink outside. The included breakfast had a nice selection of choices. Staff were friendly and it was a really good experience. Relics Restaurant (5-8 minute walk away) for dinner was very good and unexpected.
