“Great location, wonderful hospitality, and altogether enjoyable!”

We just spent four days at Saddlerock Ranch and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views from the hillside setting overlooking Sedona are incredible. The location is central to all activity, yet affords privacy and relaxation for the downtime needed after busy days of hiking, shopping, etc. We stayed in the honeymoon cottage and felt comfortable and pampered. The ranch has a charm all its own and the innkeeper, Fran, is a wonderful hostess. Breakfast was a gourmet delight each day, made even more enjoyable by being served in Fran's dining room with expansive views of Sedona. The common areas are spacious and very attractive taking full advantage of red rock setting and blue skies. We really appreciated Fran's suggestions and assistance with reservations. We felt well cared for, enjoyed the atmosphere and visiting with the other guests, while at the same time had plenty of privacy. We give Saddlerock Ranch highest recommendations!

“Spoiled in Sedona”

Friends told us we would we love Sedona, so we made sure to book two nights when we reserved a stay at Saddlerock B&B. What we didn't know was just how much we would be spoiled and pampered by our stay there! We loved every detail, from the written welcome at the door, to the lovingly made sleigh bed for our daughter. Fran, the inn's kind and enthusiastic owner, made us feel like royalty on the one hand and part of the family on the other. As an added bonus, our daughter was encouraged to enjoy the owner's sweet dogs whenever she liked. We were in heaven as we gazed poolside at the spectacular red rock mountain views! What a delight. The common areas were relaxing and well set up for entertainment, including a nice pool table, and a DVD player in the room. The luxurious beds and the gourmet fare for breakfast were all first-class! They sent us off well-fortified to enjoy the great hikes and jeep tours available from the inn. We've been to many B&B's in our day, but none really compare to this one for being so spectacularly situated AND so graciously accommodating! We sure hope to return someday -- and feel sure you will feel the same, if you visit!

“Spectacular views and warm hospitality”

The views from this B&B are what Sedona is all about. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Fran (the innkeeper) and her cute dogs. Breakfast was fabulous, and Fran always provided us with giant oatmeal raisin cookies after breakfast. The main living area has a microwave and soft drinks. Every night, we had a fire laid in our room, which we actually needed to use as it was quite chilly in March. We hiked directly off of a trail from the back of the B&B to the Airport Mesa, which was spectacular. Our room was spacious, and it had a mini-fridge. Bathroom was a decent size, although we wish we had more sink space, but this is a quite an old and historic ranch, so we couldn't expect everything to be perfect. Do stay here if you go to Sedona!

My wife and I travelled to the USA from the UK in order to celebrate my 40th birthday and having spent 6 days in Vegas, we wanted to stay somewhere relaxing for 4 days or so. In hindsight we wish we had spent longer in Sedona, in particular at this location.

Quite simply I cannot find any fault with the place; The accomodation is superb - the views are stunning (the best in the area) - the location is perfect - and the owner/host (Fran) is one of the most genuine, hospitable people you could ever hope to meet. (Plus, her breakfasts are that good, I even took a photo of it!!).

Many thanks Fran would making a great holiday perfect - we shall miss you.

I had an amazing time at the Saddlerock Ranch. I stayed there for five nights and recommend this bed and breakfast very highly. The b&b owner Fran is wonderful--very friendly and helpful while also giving you your privacy and space. The homemade breakfasts are amazing--the views from the property are spectacular, and the rooms are cozy and pretty. The fireplace is made up every night so you can light a wonderful fire on the chilly winter nights. The house is lovely and welcoming, and the other guests were really nice too. It was fun to chat in the living room area at the end of the day with the other people staying there. Also, there is a path right outside the back of the house which leads you straight to one of Sedona's vortexes. In 5-10 minutes you can hike to an overlook which gives you a panoramic view of Sedona's red rock mountains--amazing. Overall, it was wonderful from beginning to end.
