My boyfriend and I stayed at the Rose Tree Inn from August 21-25th. First, Sedona during the summer is hot, so it is considered off-season. Not that many people around, which was great. I booked a room with a full kitchen and found it to be a very wise decision. The room in and of itself was very comfortable, king sized bed, bathroom was okay, kitchen was clean and user-friendly. The room had a comfortable cabin feel that fits perfectly with Sedona.
We were able to shop and frigerate our food, which kept cost of food down since we didn't have to eat out all the time. Sedona is very expensive, so anything to keep costs down was helpful. The Rose Tree is located within 2 blocks of Uptown Sedona, the town closes between 6-10pm. After 10pm, it is ghost town, so if you want to eat late, having a fridge was great.
Gary, the Innkeeper was so helpful and accommadating, he provided maps, a parking pass to parks and other information that made the trip easy and smooth. I would highly recommend staying st this inn if you are looking for someplace that is cozy, comfortable and easy access to Uptown Sedona.
