Resort is in a great location, in a beautiful town. Great two bedroom condo., on second floor. We had a great view of the Red Rocks from the patio deck. We went in December, and the heated pool, and jaccuzi were awesome for the kids. We were swimming at night in 30 degrees, pool was large and warm. Rooms were large, comfortable, and new condition. Only drawback was there was no internet access in the room, only in the clubhouse. Many things to do in Sedona, hiking, jeep excursions, shopping, and excellent food. We also went to Flagstaff, about 30 to 40 mins away, and played in the snow. Christmas day was sledding on snow, and next day drove to Grand Canyon ( 2hrs away). We went on Jeep Tour, and it was incredible close up views of the many Red Rocks. Sedona is a treasure in the desert, so beautiful, and peaceful. My wife has declared that Sedona is her new favorite place, and one of the most beautiful places she has seen. You wont go wrong with choosing Sedona as your vacation spot. Oak Creek Canyon is a beautiful drive, and has been declared by National Geographic as one it's 10 Best drives in the country. Red Rocks are in your backyard, town is very tourist friendly. RCI exchange to Sedona was a great trade.

We've been to Sedona several times in the past, but never in December. We stayed at Fairfield (Wyndham) Sedona for the first time and were not disappointed. The Wyndham/Fairfield is centrally located in Sedona, just down the street from the Safeway grocery store. The check-in was quick and efficient. We stayed in a lovely 2 bedroom upstairs unit that had a full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. We had a marvelous view from every window in the place. The unit was clean and well stocked. We had a light bulb out over the dining room table and was replaced almost immediately when we called about it. We also had a slight problem with the toaster and again, it was replaced very quickly. The grounds were well landscaped. The pool was heated though we didn't use it. But enjoyed the outdoor hot tub!

This resort is awesome. We stayed for our wedding and it was great. Great view , large clean rooms and huge patio.. Make sure to stay on second floor and to get the 1 bed room with full kitchen. This is an awesome breakfust place accross the room called the coffeepot..... One of the best resorts in Sedona.. Highly recommend.... Also make sure you hike Devils Bridge

The entrance into Sedona is as dramatic as can possibly be. I'm not sure I will ever see place more fantastic. The mountain formations under a blue sky with thundercloud beats any movie opening scene hands down. I absolutely loved it.

The hotel was solidly comfortable and accomodated all of our needs. Nothing surprising about consistent quality of the Fairfield/Wyndham resorts. I was in a smaller unit and it was just fine because all the action was actually outside. I had no desire to miss any of the Sedona Arizona atomosphere by staying indoors.

We are Fairfield/Wyndham owners and this was the first property we stayed at. We are no amateurs with time-share / condo stays (my parents had one).

We found the 1 bedroom to be adequate for the 3 of us. I have a 9 yr old son who was happy on the sleeper sofa with the plasma TV to himself at night.

We had the smaller 1 bedroom with the kitchenette. This was fine for us as we were making constant day-trips to local sites. We mainly used it to store snack and breakfast items.

There are not really any "Hotel" amenities at these properties so if you looking for that "Disney or Marriott" resort; you're not going to find it here. If you just want a quiet, comfortable place to crash in your own private condo - this is the place.

The staff was very friendly and I recommend seeing the concierge desk in the lobby. They were very helpful on all the most interesting places to check out in AZ.

They offer a free bus tour of Sedona -- Beware! -- You will be sucked into the Time-share sales office after the tour is finished.

Overall we really enjoyed the resort and our stay there. We would definably come back sometime in the future.

**Sorry, I didn't take any photo's of the inside of the unit
