Great hotel. Very comfortable bed, very clean, good room service and friendly & attentive staff. Very good food at the restaurant, but Sunday & Monday, only pub menu. Good location.

We loved this beautiful hotel but had the misfortune of being there while a family was celebrating a 60th Birthday party. They were very loud and in the courtyard after midnight partying and disturbing guests. Management could not have been more accomodating and gracious. Lee (the assistant mgr) was a star in resolving the matter. We were so satisfied with the resolution and the kindness of the staff that we returned one week later on our way home. The rooms are beautiful and well appointed. The beds are wonderful and the overall feeling is that of a peaceful spa.The location is just far enough out of town to make it quiet and yet close to all sights. I would say however that the restaurant Red's does need some improvement.

We stayed here for a couple of nights during our visit to Sedona. I would rate the hotel as very good but not fabulous. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Stayed here for two nights with our two children. The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated with a vaulted ceiling and lovely view of the Red Rocks from the balcony. The furnishings and fixtures were all new and very modern (huge flatscreen TV). The showers are immense. The beds were the most comfortable we encoutered on our recent trip. Having stayed at this hotel before we were greeted with a huge tray of fresh fruit and bottled water that was most welcome after the drive from Phoenix. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The hotel is centrally located in Sedona, close to restaurants, shopping and the Safeway (next door). We used the hotel as out base of action for a trip to the Grand Canyon (a 2 hour drive away).
