“"Great views, so so food and service"”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 1, 2013

We went here because my brother in law heard about it. It's a pretty loud place because of the live music, which wasn't bad..but if you want to talk and have a conversation with you party.. forget it.
The food I ordered was the Japanese Kobe burger at $24..the same as my brother in law. Boy, were we disappointed... it not only wasn't that great, but just average as burgers go. One other thing, they screwed up our orders which didn't help, plus the service was rather slow for not being that busy.
We did talk to a few other people next to us, and they did like their meal of seafood.
I could honestly see going here for happy hour out on the deck..or maybe a nightcap before bed with a little music, but not to eat again.

“Great views, great food”

The chef at Sound Bites has some exceptional specials. If the weather is good, enjoy the view overlooking the town and red rocks.

“Nice views”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 26, 2013

Only tried here for drinks. Good prices and very nice set up. Live music room area a nice touch. Staff very good and attentive. Food menu looked mixed and maybe a bit pricey, but from what we saw looked good regarding portion size and presentation.

“Host Your Next Business/Wedding Breakfast/Brunch HERE!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 22, 2013

Where to start? Everything was perfect! My wife and I hosted a wedding brunch at Soundbites Grill the morning after our wedding day this past May/2013. We initially chose Soundbites because it has, by far, the most incredible views of Sedona for any restaurant in the area. One would think many more restaurants in the area would have sweeping views of the redrocks, but they don't. There is always a building, powerline, street, something in the way. The place is classy too- updated, modern setting, unlike most of the cowboy/texmex type environments so many of the other restaurants are. However, the views aren't the best thing about Soundbites- it is the food! We contacted Soundbites about hosting our brunch there despite seeing that there normal biz hours were only from 4pm-10pm, and boy were we glad we did. We learned they host private party breakfasts and brunches there in the AM so, simply based on the great views, we booked our brunch there for us and all our out of town guests (about 40 people). The food was incredibly delicious. We had French Toast, eggs, sausage, bacon (more on the bacon below), breads, biscuits, croissants, fruit and yogurts, home fried potato's, coffee/tea, an assortment of juices, pretty much the whole deal. It was so very good, everything was hot and tasted great. The BACON- omg the bacon!! It is the best bacon I've ever had in my life- hands down. We even asked the head chef how it was prepared it was so good. The staff was very friendly, very helpful, they had plenty of staff- maybe even too much given our small party, but it was great. We HIGHLY recommend you holding your business/wedding breakfast/brunch at Soundbites and whatever you do, even if you are a vegetarian- get the bacon- get lots of it- buy some to take home- shove it in your pockets. It is THAT good- but ALL the food was top notch! We are so very glad we held our wedding brunch at Soundbites- you won't be disappointed!

“A Wonderful Meal!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 20, 2013

Went for our Anniversary! The young lady who waited on us was OK.......not as attentive as I would like for the prices but still got our food on time and was there to get our drinks. The food was delicious, fall off the bone ribs, great steak and wonderful fish dish. Great view from our table (inside). Great atmosphere! Little pricey but worth the price!
