“Nice quiet place.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 28, 2013

Sedona Springs is clean and newly decorated. There is lots of space since we had a 2 bedroom (1bedroom plus studio lock-off). The kitchen space was great. Large bathrooms. Lots of room everywhere. the Club House is a bit dated but the facilities are super clean. Lots of activities for the kids at the Club House. Nice playground. Nice gardens and grounds gave great atmosphere to the whole resort.
Sedona was a nice distance to visit the Grand Canyon for the day. We also visited the Petrified Forest National Park. the Children enjoyed but of course complained about the walking.

Loved our stay and the condo was great, clean and modern. With a fully equipped kitchen, comfy furniture and with well-appointed king bed. The master bathroom was wonderful with both a large walk in shower and a spa tub, that we tried out the first night after a long drive from Salt Lake City. The location was convenient for heading out in any direction for hiking, sightseeing, etc. Good number of restaurants nearby, even within walking distance. Did not participate in any resort activities, seldom do as we are on he go usually. Super comfy and clean!

We loved our stay and thought it was an outstanding condo. The unit was very clean with a nice, fully equipped kitchen, comfy furniture and with well-appointed king beds. The master bathroom was wonderful with both a large walk in shower and a spa tub, although we did not try it out. The location was convenient for heading out in any direction for hiking, sightseeing, etc. but not so congested that is was noisy. A large number of restaurants were nearby, even within walking distance. We didn't participate in any resort activities since we were on the go but I did notice lots of activities for kids listed and there was a recreation room with a pool table, skee ball, books, dvd's, puzzles and games.

Room Tip: We asked for a room in the back because we thought it would be quieter, but I think the others would...

We rented a large two bedroom plus loft town home. It was spacious, up-to-date, and clean. The pool was at an odd location but it met our needs. The grill area was awesome! Nice propane grills with the utensils were right in the front our unit. We love Sedona and cannot wait to come back!

We stayed here eight-nine years ago and decided to return - surely a plus point in itself. We were very pleased with what we found. It had been refurbished since our previous visit, and to a very high standard, in fact the units had been effectively rebuilt and altogether freshly equipped. The staff were very helpful and co-operative in every way. We only had the studio (last time we had a larger unit), but as there were only the two of us this was perfect. It was stunningly hot whilst we were there - even the locals said so, and this slowed things down a little, but as far as the resort was concerned I would have no difficulty recommneding it to anyone.

We are a family of five and so comfortable here it was hard to leave. We stayed 4 days, and really enjoyed the multiple bathrooms. There is also an upstairs master in case someone was to go to bed early and the rest of the family downstairs enjoying the comfortable family area. The pools were used everyday by the kids as well as ping pong in the game room. Everything was clean except for a stained pillow case but they came immediately and exchanged the whole pillow. The kitchen was truly wonderful for breakfasts and lunches. Would love to return one day...

I stayed my last night in Sedona here after checking out of another timeshare property that was too sub-par to stay in one more night. What a difference! Sedona Springs may have modest grounds compared to some properties, but the inside of your studio unit was absolutely flawless. It was recently upgraded with granite countertops, and was very clean. The full kitchen was a pleasure, especially the full sized refrigerator. The upstairs had a sitting area and a large master suite. All in all, this was one of the best properties I've ever stayed at. It easily compares to the Hilton timeshare properties in Waikoloa, which were exquisite. Staff was ok, kind of busy and one comment seemed a little short, but all in all a nice stay. Timeshare staff, came right and said "oh no, we're not high pressure here, we don't have to be." And they weren't, and I can see why they aren't. This place would sell itself.

Room Tip: This place fills up fast. They have a 4:00 pm check in time and you should plan on that since housek...
