The good: The location is good in Uptown Sedona, also the price is good for Sedona. The parking was convenient and it was very quiet on that street.
The not so good: There was a coffee maker but no coffee. Since I did not know this before going I didn't bring any. By the time I would go buy some coffee grounds I could just go out and buy a cup already. The refrigerator in the room made noise and woke me up several times during the night. I was afraid to unplug it because there was a lot of frozen ice on it and didn't want to make a flood as it would melt. One of the chairs on the balcony is broken and just sitting there. The cushions for the chairs are laying on the ground and dirty. The bathroom faucet continuously dripped. The towels did not smell fresh, although they were soft and fluffy. Bathroom rug was ripped and so were the curtains on the door.
My husband got the impression that this place was set up nicely but not continued to be cared for. It was ok to stay there, but I think personally I would stay somewhere else. It was average.
