Loved this hotel! Fantastic view, very friendly staff, great breakfast, wi-fi faster than I've ever experienced in a hotel, and comfortable beds to boot! The view from our room was amazing! In the evenings we sat outside our rooms and chatted till the wee hours. I will definitely stay here again!

Whether you are a first time visitor to Sedona or go there regularly, there is probably no view better than the one at this Best Western. I have been coming to this hotel for over five years, have tried others in Sedona, and keep coming back. The rooms are well above average for a Best Western. The breakfast is well above average for any of the hotels offering complimentary breakfasts. Meredith at the front desk is an outstanding employee who really goes out of her way to please the customer. Hotel management, however, seems a bit rigid and not always customer friendly.

Room Tip: Get the east side, preferably level 3 for the best views.

Green Features: They now use wall mounted soaps, etc., which reduces waste. However, they are still cleaning towels daily.

Thank you for your loyalty over the years! We love to see familiar faces return over and over, that lets us know that we are doing well in the eyes of our guests. I can't argue with you that we have a fantastic view from our hilltop here, and the terraces are great for taking it all in. Thank you so much for your kind compliments for Meredith, you have made her day! I am sorry to hear that you felt there was some rigidity from our management staff, they do strive to accommodate our guests as best they can. Thank you for choosing to be our guests, we hope you can come visit again soon!

The Best Western Plus Inn of Sedona was a wonderful stay for 2 nights. Arrived here July 3rd after visiting the Grand Canyon. The room was nice and clean with a comfortable king bed. The free breakfast each monring was wonderful and was not crowded as reported by other reviews. Plenty of room to enjoy your meal with inside or outside seating areas. You could also return to the area outside your room where there were plenty of table to sit outside and enjoy even beter view. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again if visiting Sedona.

Room Tip: I think all the rooms at this hotel had and excellent, if you want a sunset view then choose a room...

Thank you so much for taking the time to review! I'm so glad you enjoyed your room and our hot breakfast! I like your idea, taking breakfast to the terrace, and enjoying it there. We have plenty of tables and chairs out there, and it is wonderful to just watch the light and shadows change on the rocks. I hope you'll make your way back to Sedona soon!

The Red Rock views from the terraces should not be missed - a great place to sit, relax, and enjoy the scenery. The staff at check in offered us a free upgrade as Best Western Rewards members. The upgraded room more than exceeded our expectations when making the reservation. The room was exceptionally well appointed, clean, comfortable, with easy access from the parking lot. The staff was helpful and courteous, assisting with info about the Sedona shuttle bus service, local restaurants, etc. This motel provided one of the best stays ever.

Green Features: Exceptional. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion were provided in refillable dispensers, not throw away containers - use only what you need with very little waste. Real glasses, not styrofoam cups, in the rooms.

Your review makes me want to stay at my own hotel! I'm so glad you enjoyed your time here, that our staff was friendly and accommodating and that you got to take advantage of the shuttle. There is nothing relaxing about driving around, trying to locate a restaurant on your vacation, so I am proud to offer that somewhat rare service. I have to agree, the upgraded rooms are worth it with easy access to both parking and the terraces. Very convenient. Please come be our guests again soon!

This is a quick review. The place is amazing. (We stayed at the Hyatt last year, and we hated it.) GPS took us to the other Best Western in town, so make sure you print detailed directions from google maps before you leave. We got in late at night and in the morning, one of our teens was jumping up and down, squealing that this was the most beautiful thing (the view) that she had ever seen. The kids put the video games and iPhones away for the weekend. True story. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because there was a stain on the carpet by the entrance and the a/c was loud. Also, the pool is quite small. There were pool towels in the closet in the room. That's where the second mirror is too. The room and everything in it was immaculate. I always swab the room with Windex wipes and check for bugs before we unpack. Yes, the room was a little small, but standard and nice. Get the $20 upgrade for a room with the patio. If there isn't availability, you can still use the patio. It is a shared patio, but don't let that stop you from enjoying it. The view is unsurpassed. I could see how someone would get annoyed with the shared patio concept if there was a large party hogging all the chairs (previous reviewer's post). We didn't experience that, but it occurred to me, people should keep their lawn chairs in the car for this trip and use them if necessary. There's plenty of room for seating out there. The patio and grounds are also immaculate, and the cleaning crews were pretty obscure, because I never saw them. The breakfast room and food choices were nice, as were the ladies maintaining it. Unfortunately, the coughing, finger-licking patrons ruin it for me. If the breakfast room gets crowded, there are chairs and tables outside. A family brought their dogs to breakfast outside, and they tried to attack a man walking by. Please, people! We brought breakfast to our patio after that and had no problems. The front desk was beyond friendly. There is a free shuttle to and from town, which runs every 30 minutes, which is great. Parking in town is bothersome. We couldn't get into Slide Rock, which opens at 8 am, and we were referred to Grasshopper Point. What a fun alternative and it was only $8 as opposed to $20. Bring water shoes and a picnic lunch. We drove there ourselves. We will stay at this place again, and our friends and family will visit based on our reviews. Please keep up the good work, and thanks for an absolutely wonderful time.

Room Tip: Try and get a room with a view, which is stunning. If it's not available, you can still visit th...

What a kind review! It's fantastic to hear how much your family enjoyed the facilities and staff. It is truly a testimony to Sedona's beauty when it causes a teenager (or adult) to forget their electronics! I am sorry that there was a stain on the carpeting, and the air conditioner was noisy; I have passed both those issues along to our housekeeping and maintenance staff. Thank you very much for bringing them to my attention. Thank you also for providing lots of fantastic tips for future travelers- I appreciate your detail! Please come stay with us again soon!

This was an overnight stop after visiting the Grand Canyon, before heading back to Vegas (then home to PA) Clean, nice room. Big water glasses (which I sawDO run through the dishwasher and are not just windexed like some other hotels), comfortable beds, private outdoor sitting area outside each room, nice pool, free breakfast with indoor and outdoor seating. A pleasureable stay! View of red rocks right outside the window. Would definitely come back!

Thank you so much for your very enthusiastic review! I am so glad you got a chance to enjoy the area, those spectacular views and our comfortable rooms. I am thoroughly grossed out to learn that some hotels are Windexing the drinking glasses! Yes, we absolutely run those through the dishwasher, we want our guests to come back! Please come visit again soon!

The rooms aren't large but very functional. Breakfast buffet was better than most and great to eat on the patio. Location provides short ride to many Trail heads for hiking. I would stay there again. I appreciated the staffs effort to find us a room to stay an extra night and. Their restaurant recommendations.
