Sedona is beautiful. Its landscapes reminded me where the Coyote chases the Roadrunner. Superb red rock formations, canyons, valleys, a very nice town. A place to visit if You go to Arizona. The xxx is located at the center of the Town. Couple miles from the best spots to go. Constructed in a hill, this hotel has 3 stories, build in terraces (each level has its own terrace corridor outside the room that acts as roof for the rooms at the level below). The architectural style reminds those of the local tribes (Navajo, Yavapai, and the like). It is not Santa Fe Style, but is close enough.
Rooms are not something You will remember, but they are clean and nice.
The views You have from each terrace, specially the south oriented ones, are breathtaking.
Breakfast was included in the fare, and it was a very decent continental breakfast.
Hotel fares in Sedona are steeped. It is a not to be missed place (complements a Grand Canyon visit), but lodging is not cheap. Be prepared to pay 50% more than you’ll pay in LA for the same room. Taking that in mind XXXX is a very good choice (price quality), with breakfast and parking included in the fare. Another highlight is the location. It’s located at the route in the center of everything that is to be seeing in Sedona.
