“Wonderful place to celebrate proposal!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 1, 2012

I recently returned from a fabulous stay at Sedona Views. I had never been to a bed and breakfast before and was planning on proposing while taking a hike at a nearby location.

Before I proposed we dropped our things off at the B&B. We were blown away. The view was incredible, the room so cozy looking right out at the sedona valey (stayed in the morning glory). All of the details really added up from the cute way they folded the toilet paper, the daily snacks they provided, and all the amentities and information for us to go explore sedona. Before I even proposed it was my fiance's "best day of her life". I strongly believe that this place had a part in this.

The proposal was successful and we returned to the room for relaxation in the hot tub. I think our favorite part was in the morning, when we woke up to a beautiful sunrise with delicious coffee prepared, and a few other couples to share our experiences with. Irith and Sam were so kind and funny. We enjoyed a great breakfast (once again high attention to all the details) and relaxed until we had to get going.

There were many other factors that contributed to this perfect experience, although you will have to just go and see them yourself! I have no other B&B experience to compare this to, although I will certainly be back as this is now "our spot" going forward. One more thing to add is that we left a camera charger behind. When contacting them about this they were overwhelmingly happy to assist with sending this down to phoenix, without any charge. It is all the steps they take to go above and beyond that made this experience so wonderful.

Much thanks Irith and Sam.

Sedona Views B&B is a fabulous property made even more so by the gracious hospitality of hosts Irith and Sam. We stayed three nights in "Sweet Dreams," a spacious, nicely decorated room with a private deck and hot tub. Breakfasts were delicious, and the hosts inconspicuously made accommodations for my husband's and my dietary needs. Irith and Sam's personal advice on what to see, where to hike, where to shop, and where and even when to eat are what truly made our visit a success. We would love to stay there again, although I'm also intrigued by their sister operation.

We chose to spend our 10 year anniversary in Sedona and we had a wonderful time. We think this area of Arizona is one of the most beautiful in the Country. We stayed at the Sedona Views Bed and Breakfast. It was the perfect place to reconnect and have a romantic getaway. We stayed in the Sedona Serenade and the views were magical, especially during the sunrise and sunset. The red rocks turn bright rusty red and frame an October flurry of color winding through Oak Creek Canyon. We loved sitting on our private porch each evening watching the sunset and enjoying a glass of wine. The property was beautiful, the hot tubs were relaxing (especially after a massage), and the breakfast delicious. Sam and Irith were charming and a delight.

Other highlights of our trip included a romantic dinner at Dahl and Deluca and a relaxing and rejuvenating massage and sea salt glow scrub from Still Point Massage.

The only negative experience was how busy up town Sedona was on Saturday afternoon. The traffic and crowds were a little overwhelming.

Spent two nights at the end of September in the Memories and Moonbeams suite in the Sedona Views Bed & Breakfast in Sedona. We chose it because of the many positive reviews on Trip Advisor and it pretty much lived up to its 5 star rating. The B & Bl is a little way out of Sedona but this adds to the peaceful ambience of the place. Whilst it is quite near the road we did not hear any traffic noise at all at night. If you are driving from the north on 89A it can be difficult to spot the turn off. We missed it and had to drive on into Sedona and then turn back but that was not too much of a problem. The Memories and Moonbeams room is accessed by an outside stair which might not be suitable for older travellers. It had a lovely private deck with a lounger, a table and chairs and a hot tub. The views all around were lovely. The views from the communal deck were also pretty good. The room itself was pretty spacious with a very comfortable bed. We did feel that at night the room was a little dark and could benefit from some more lighting. There was a large jet tub in the room and also a shower in the toilet area. Breakfasts, as has been said many times before, were excellent. They are served at 8.30 when all guests gather in the dining room. Either Sam or Irith greet the guests and explain each of the breakfasts dishes as they are served. There is plenty to eat and it really sets guests up for the day. On our first morning there Sam gave us his orientation of Sedona. Whilst we had visited Sedona on a couple of occasions previously some of the things that he told us were new to us and we found it very helpful and am sure it would be even more so if it was your first visit. We did a hike of Bell Rock on our first morning and were very grateful for the filled water bottles that had been left in our fridge as it was quite hot. Over the day and a half that we spent in Sedona we also followed another couple of Sam's suggestions and really wished that we had built in at least another day there as we were enjoying it so much. Sam also gave us several restaurant suggestions and we ate at Dahl and Di Luca, Elote, both of which we really enjoyed and Irith's suggestion of Picazzo's for lunch was also very good. Do not miss a visit to the Kachina House which is next door to Sam and Irith's other property Boots and Saddles. If bed and breakfast accommodation is your thing then I would recommend Sedona Views.

My husband and I stayed in the Moonrise & Moonbeams suite for our honeymoon in October 2012 and had an amazing stay! The room was beautiful, very clean, and the view from the private deck was gorgeous. There were lots of special touches in the room - full water bottles for hiking in the fridge, binoculars to borrow, and wine glasses. Breakfast was delicious and made with care each morning and we enjoyed the cookies that were set out in the afternoons. Sam and Irith were so helpful! They offered tips about what to do in Sedona, gave us a map for their favorite way to the Grand Canyon, and told us about delicious places to eat. We would definitely stay there again for an anniversary trip!

When one pictures a quaint, romantic spot to spend a few remaining days of precious vacation time, I would expect that their mind's eye would picture Sedona Views. From the moment Candace greeted us at the door, to the following morning's gourmet breakfast and Irith's expert coffee talk, to the extra efforts of Sam and Candace to prepare breakfast to-go bags for our early drive to Skyharbor, Sedona Views far exceeded expectations. The view from our pillows of a sunrise glancing off of Cathedral Rock were alone worth the trip, and a glass of wine in our room's private outdoor hot tub capped off each day's round of hiking. The room was great and well appointed right down to the freshly filled water bottles and plush robes, and the staff and owners were genuine and warm. Anyone who can't give Sedona Views 5 stars ought to check the batteries in their snob-o-meter. We'll definitely be back.

We have just had an evening and nite at this wonderful B&B. The decor was lovely and the bed was exceptionally comfortable with luxurious linens. When we checked in Candace was very pleasant and made sure we were given all the info we needed to make our stay comfortable. The shining star at this wonderful B&B has to be Sam, the owner. He greeted us warmly in the morning and entertained us with stories of his background and life as an owner of a B&B. The breakfast was delicious and Sam explained each of the courses. One of the highlites for us had to have been our helicopter ride over the Sedona area. We highly recommend this adventure. It gives you a true appreciation of all the beauty.
