“Just beautiful!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 15, 2013

We only spent 2 days at l'auberge, and wished we could have spent much more. We had a suite in the lodge, with a lovely balcony, but we spent more time sitting by the creek, annoying the beautiful setting. The service was simply extraordinary! It was like they guessed what we needed or wanted. And I very much appreciated the "no tip" policy, making all of the amenities ( drives to town or to the trail head, picking up take out food, etc...) much easier to request.

Room Tip: If you can afford it, the cottages by the creek are really the best. But our room in the lodge was...

We two week-ends at L'Auberge and were thrilled with the experience. The Cottage vista Suite was Amazing. The service was wonderfull. Benjamin took us to our room and talk to us about Sedona and activities we could do there. We enjoyed the breakfirst at the river and the restaurant at night is amazing.

My wife and I recently celebrated our 30th anniversary with a trip to Sedona. We stayed at L'Auberge de Sedona and found it to be a special joy. It started with the great valet attendants who took care of our car & luggage promptly. We then were greeted by the lovely Natalia in the lobby who was so helpful that day and throughout our stay. Upon arrival in our vista view cabin we enjoyed the complimentary chocolate covered strawberries and champagne awaiting us in our room. The staff at this resort were all unbelievable. We enjoyed a delicious champagne brunch, a beautiful walk along the creek and the most incredible spa treatments ever! Amanda's expert touch in providing our facials were just heaven. The rooms were EXTREMELY clean, the views spectacular and the service five star all the way. I have no complaints and nothing but praise for this beautiful, well run facility. If you are looking for a romantic weekend, a relaxing few days or a two week paradise, this is THE place to go.

Room Tip: The cottages by the creek are the most popular and they are beautiful. We stayed in a Vista Cottage...

We selected this hotel based on tripadvisor reviews and we were not disappointed. This was our first trip to the Sedona area. We choose a garden cottage which was lovely. A very nice surprise was a fireplace in the room and an outside shower. I request a fan in room when reserving and it was there. ( I like the fan to sleep and there was not a ceiling fan so glad I asked !). We planned to dine creek side the next night but the weather had other plans, giving a late day shower. We very much enjoyed the food and service inside that evening. The hotel is is an excellent location for walking into town, but we also used their shuttle service which was very convenient. On our third day we enjoyed lunch creek side. It was delicious and I can't imagine a more scenic, relaxing atmosphere.

The hiking around Sedona is endless - so many beautiful places to explore! I could have easily spent a week there alone ( we actually spent a full day on an excursion to Grand Canyon). One mistake was to not allocate time for a massage or spa treatment!! Next time I will factor that in :) we will be back !!

Room Tip: Request garden cottage or creek side cottage for extra special experience

A place like no other...dedicated to true guest hospitality...making each day so special. they make you feel so welcome from the moment you step on property. the meals, amazing... the decor, simple and elegant... the outdoor showers were an added cherry on top. our server marlo was beyond passionate about the food and helped us every step of the way. HAVE THE DUCK!!!!
as we were leaving and they pulled the car up to load our bags...2 cold bottles of water were waiting for us and though a small thing...it went so far with me. their attention to detail is so fun to be a part of!

Room Tip: go for the creekside cottage. amazing privacy...like having a house for a couple days.

My wife and I spent four nights at L'Auberge and were thrilled with the experience. The Cottage vista Suite was well maintained and cleaned well every day. Chase, took us to our room, which was up on the hill everytime we needed a ride, Eric, Randy and Humberto were right there. We enjoyed breakfast at the river. Michelle took extra time to talk about the property and other interests about Sedona. Nicole did a great job checking us in and checking on us. And Ofelia found a room for us to stay an extra night - a Saturday. Good job to all.

Room Tip: Sedona is about scenery. Wake up in the Vista suite with the red rocks between your toes!!

This is our second time staying here. We are leaving in the morning and I miss this place already. I could stay here forever. We travel extensively throughout the United States with our dog and this is by far the most dog friendly resort we have stayed at. The grounds are beautiful
and the cottages are so comfortable.. The entire staff was fantastic throughout our stay. But Randy, our valet, was exceptional. He was genuinely kind and attentive. He seemed to truly enjoy his job and treated us and our dog, Ranger, with such kindness. And also Robert, who delivered our room service orders, was a genuinely nice guy and went over and above to make our experience wonderful. Can't wait to come back. The only complaint I would have is the lighting in the rooms. We enjoy eating out on the deck' but there was no light at all in the evening. Even inside the cottage it is hard to see at night.
