We chose Boots & Saddles for a Valentines Day getaway, Irith & Sam were great and very attentive to all of our needs. The room was outstanding, we will definitely return in the future......Sam, please add Biscuits & Gravy to the Menu for our next visit.

If there were a dictionary entry for "great bed & breakfast experience", a concise definition would be "Boots and Saddles". The proprietors, Sam and Irith, are wonderful. Somehow, without ever being intrusive, they manage to be welcoming, helpful, full of useful tips and information, and fun to talk to. Add to that excellent accommodations and splendid, innovative breakfasts (Sam is the cook), and you have a recipe for a B&B experience that is as good as it gets. My wife and I spent three wonderful nights at Boots and Saddles. If we are ever in Sedona again, securing accommodations there will be our first piece of trip planning.

Travelling from London, England all the way to a Bed and Breakfast called Boots and Saddles in Sedona you know that it’s 50/50 whether you like the place or not. All fears were laid to rest the moment we were greeted by Sam and Irith’s smiling faces. They immediately made us feel at home. Sam’s breakfasts are to die for and his travel tips ensured we saw the best of Sedona. The rooms were as individual as they were special all thanks to Irith’s flair for interior designer. We were totally spoilt. We’ll be back.

We had the pleasure of spending 2 wonderful days in Sedona at the Boots & Saddle B & B. The Gentlemen Cowboy suite was truly a treat. With it breathtaking view from the jacuzzi tub of the redrocks and starlit sky, who could ask for more! Irith made the visit so friendly and relaxing. She gave us such great ideas on getting to know the area. It was hard to leave and go back to reality. We look forward to another visit and hopefully not too far in the future.

The weekend was a wonderful experience!. Irith was the key! She made her guests feel right at home and helped in everyway possible way to make the experience a great one! She voluntarily shared her experiences and made recommendations where to dine, hiking trails, local attractions, etc. Whatever one's desire was...Irith was there to assist. No one would ever go wrong staying at Boots and Saddles!

We found Boots and Saddles on-line and were thrilled with the amenities! We travel quite a bit and this is a wonderful establishment. Irith was simply charming and was able to assist with anything we needed from dinner reservations to masseuse to where the best shopping would be! Their rooms are very authentic, original and extremely comfortable. The food was wonderful too! We had some conflicting travel plans and Sam and Irith were very accommodating to us. We would highly recommend this B&B!!! We will be back for sure!

It's been over a week since we got back from Boots and Saddles, and I've been telling practically everyone what a special vacation my wife and I had in Sedona. What makes this B & B so special is the ease with which you settle in, thanks to Sam and Irith's graciousness. They also really listen to their guests and help them get the most potential pleasure out of--usually--and all too short vacation. Great conversationalists, Sam and Irith give you the sense you've been to Boots and Saddle many times before. A fascinating "vortex" tour that they set up through a Sedona acquaintance gave us a wonderful combination of seeing the sights through the eyes of a very different perspective even as we hiked our way up to the top of Schnebly hill (named for Sedona's founder). We ended our trip with a neat buying spree at the Kachina House next door (another recommendation from our hosts, earning us a 20% discount), and a prized red-clay Navajo "bear" sits atop our mantle reminding us of just how special a vacation could be. Sam and Irith were no small part of that.
