It was our first trip to Sedona and we wanted personalized attention and superb service. After several hours comparing B&B's and reading reviews we opted for Boots and Saddles. We are extremely pleased with our choice and can’t give the place anything less than an EXCELLENT rate!
Sam is an incredible man, who is proud of his place and his service and would treat his guests as family. The rest of the staff, from Candyce to Maria and Vicki are always available, always willing to help and ready to make people feel welcomed and appreciated. The rooms are impeccably clean and breakfast is different every day, alternating sweet and savory flavors. Sam’s knowledge of the area makes him the perfect concierge and he definitely saved us hours by proposing the shortest routes to the most significant places to visit.
If you want to receive king treatment in Sedona, look no further than Boots and Saddles.

This place is a must stay! We took the El Dorado Room and enjoyed the privacy for our Honeymoon of having our own private deck and hot tub. The room was very very well kept and the establishment goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and to feel at home.

The food was really amazing too - and they even packed us a to go breakfast when we had a morning hike scheduled. We liked it so much we cancelled a day trip to the Grand Canyon and stayed an extra nite to relax.

If anything was even slightly disappointing it was that there is not the best view of the red rocks from the deck or room - but we dined and hiked where there were great views so it wasn't that big of a deal.

The room was very quiet with some noise fro the upstairs guests - and room was cleaned while eating breakfast which was nice.

This is not a typical B&B where you share hallways and bathrooms - not even close! When we transfered to the Rouge resort I was disappointed by the HOTEL type atmosphere - light coming under the doorway, ice machines, kids etc.

The owners knew about the area - the right shops to hit and what to avoid and the best restaurants to dine at. We followed thier hints - and when we did not - we were disappointed!

STAY HERE STAY HERE STAY HERE - just not when we come back for our anniversary in May of 2010!!!! Don't take our room!!!!!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at the Boots and Saddles and would thoroughly recommend it . Sam and all the team were extremely helpful during our stay taking time out to tell us all about the area. All his dining recommendations were terrific.
This is a lovely place to stay away from the commercial/touristy part of Sedona. A haven set among those stunning red rocks.
Breakfast was delicious both mornings. We were a group of eight and took over nearly all the rooms. All were individually furnished to a high standard.

This place lives up to all of the positive reviews thus far received and even exceeds in many ways. We drove along the old Route 66 out to Arizona for our honeymoon and stayed in the Santa Fe room for the week. The room was very comfortable, fulfilled all of our needs for lodging, and was a great sanctuary at night with the hot tub and fireplace. The breakfasts were wonderful and the assistance that Sam and Irith provided was splendid. We highly recommend this place to anyone heading to Arizona and are looking forward to when we can return again!

Our first experience at a Bed and Breakfast. It was delightful. The room was very comfortable, very clean. The staff were more than helpful. What ever we need as far as help with things to do places to go and things to see. They knew the best places to eat.
The breakfast they served was outstanding.
There is nothing I can really say negative about Boots and Saddles. We will return and send friends there.
YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED
