We arrived here on Valentine's Day and were warmly greeted by David and wife Nancy (the warm choc. chip cookies were great!) They immediately wanted to get us dinner reservations - something we hadn't even thought about and they called around and did so. Couldn't have asked for nicer "hosts"! We were also greeted in our room with a Valentine's card to us (computer generated no doubt but still a nice thought!) and a bowl of yummy Hershey kisses - definitely a good place to be on Valentine's Day!
We stayed in the "Canyon Room" - a very S. Western feel to the decor. King bed was comfy - room not overly big but certainly adequate - unless you spend all your time in your room - which is hard to do in Sedona! The "jacuzzi" tub was nice and worked ok in our room (someone else said here theirs didn't) and a small fridge built in under bathroom sink with complimentary water and soft drinks was nice. If any complaint at all - it was the noisy bathroom fan but we didn't run it for long!
Next morning the breakfast room was full but people were interesting to chat to and breakfast was soon served and it was delicious. Nancy was nice to enough to give us some great advice for shopping and sightseeing. We were only here one night - would've liked to stay longer - maybe next time! Our room had own patio and private entrance - no view ,but if you don't mind not having private entrance there are rooms with great views (and more cost!) We thought our room was excellent value and the Inn itself a wonderful place to stay!
