I have frequented this restaurant for 1.5 years, 1-2x/week. Recently they changed hands and the food not only has become less flavorful but the service has gotten intolerable. Last week we gave just over $30 for a $20 check for 2 people on the buffet and the waiter, who is not new, though we were leaving him a $10 tip! We asked him for our change and he said he though it was a tip and the co-owner just laughed at him. When I walked in the other day I asked for a table for two and they sat me down, when I came out of the rest room there was one setting removed and only one left for me. I have coupons that I paid money for that were apparently printed by the previous owner (we are talking only $1/buffet discount) and the new owner won't honor them. One of the co-owners always makes my favorite dish as a courtesy, the other one will not ever do that unless I pay for it. This is so unfortunate, as this restaurant has been my Sedona favorite for all this time. It's not any longer, in fact it may be off my list all together.
