what a horrible place to stay.starting with the low funk that hits you as you open the door. bad carpets,bad paint.just makes you regret having paid in advance.a hotplate does not a kitchenette maketh! and the security lighting right outside the window ensures you'll be able to read until early morning as the other guest party till dawn around the courtyard pool. save yourself the hassle and save some dough by staying somewhere like a remodeled motel 6,which at least doesnt pretend its something its not

Recently stayed at the Hospitality Suite Resort for a baseball tournament in October. Our room was clean and perfect for the rate offered. Staff were very friendly at check in, breakfast and happy hour. Hotel seemed to be running very busy however we were not affected by any unwanted noise or disturbances during our stay.
Great location, close to all baseball fields we needed to go to, close to downtown Old Town Scottsdale and the Airport which was convenient.
We will definately try to stay there again in 2008.

Good value for price. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast and poolside cocktails a plus. Room a little dated but clean.

After reading the reviews, I was a little sceptical about booking this hotel, but I am so glad I did. This hotel is so charming and comfortable, especially when you throw a cocktail party into the mix, what a great amenity and it helped take the edge off after a long day of traveling. I will say this, the pillow-top bed was very comfortable and sleeping was no problem. The next morning we had a wonderful breakfast in the Dining room (eat early it fills up quick after 8am) and then we were off to the Grand Canyon. Next time I stay in Scottsdale it will be at the Hospitality Suite Resort.
