The pools are awesome. Beautiful place to relax. Close to Old Town Scottsdale and close to Sedona for a day trip. The restaurants are excellent, food superb. The wait staff was friendly and accommodating. Love this hotel. Was there on a business trip and came back for a vacation and will go again and again.

Great service, great food! Excellent swiming area with a sandy beach, very clean rooms with modern amenities, great music and acoustics in the main lobby in the evenings! Very romantic at the italian Resteraunt and Gondola ride!

Great experience here!! Margarita upon check-in accompanied with friendly and professional staff. I enjoyed all the restaurants and the golf was world class. Only small issue was a little struggle with my TV, but my room service server was quick to remedy (Peter?), who also provided extensive resort and local information, great highly trained staff!! Everyone is very pleasant, definitely will come again.

This is a lovely hotel in Scottsdale. The grounds, the pools and lobby area are spectacular. Can't be beat. The spa is one of the nicest I've ever been to. Food options are limited to one decent restaurant but there are so many options in the excellent neighborhood, choices are limitless. Starbucks in lobby open 24 hours. The pools are incredible.

The rooms have been nicely updated with great bathrooms, flat screen tv, and nice furniture. No real complaints with this property whatsoever with two exceptions - The mattress is hard as a rock and the linens and towels need to be replaced. They were very worn. But even with those two issues, I'd go back in a heartbeat.

The staff was very pleasant. Excellent front desk experience. Fabulous bell desk. Nice place! Valet parking is $28 a day or you can walk 15 seconds to guest lot and park for free.

Ask for a room with an extended balcony. Great treat.
