Thank you for your review, we appreciate your feedback. It is true that our front desk agents do not call the shuttle drivers on their cell phones, it is a violation of our safety policy. The desk agent meant that they would call the driver on their walkie talkie, which we use to communicate with the drivers when they are on the property. It is common to hear the front desk agents "calling" the drivers on their radios. Please come back and give us another try, we would love another opportunity to please you.

We are a primarily corporate travel hotel, so we try to provide amenities that the business traveler would appreciate while being away from home. We do have quite a few leisure travelers as well that enjoy our complimentary breakfast, shuttle service, business center, fitness center, suite shop and complimentary wireless internet. “Enjoyable Stay”

Just returned from a 9 day stay at this hotel. Very convenient to the medical facility that we were in Scottsdale for. Enjoyed our stay here, the free breakfast in the morning was varied every day, and very much appreciated. Housekeeping was attentive to our needs, and the front desk was always very nice and helpful.
