“Rustic charm - good service !”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 11, 2012

Rustic charm outdoors and indoors, friendly and happy waitresses + good C&W singer. Food is rather average, but OK for this setting.

“Awful”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed May 8, 2012

Food was terrible, service waiting for a drink same. Ordered a hamburger after waiting, tasted partner's steak like leather no flavor. The potato cold, butter hard, the corn on the cob soggy. The salad was sufficient; however ran out of dressing waited about 10 min. by then ate it plain. Pricey and will never return.

“A True Taste of the Southwest!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 25, 2012

We were staying at the Four Seasons and my parents found this hidden gem while driving around the area. We had dinner there and our server who was one of the owners was an absolute delight-- she made it a night not to be forgotten! And the steaks were excellent, beer was cold and the atmosphere was great!

“Avoid at all cost”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed February 26, 2012

We went into this restaurant, were acknoledged by the bartender (so they knew we were there), sat for 10 minutes while the bartender and 3 folks at the bar visited and ignored us. We finally got up, left and no one said a word. Strangest experience we have ever had in a restaurant.

“Not really a restaurant”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed January 23, 2012

We went on a Saturday night about 6 pm. The restaurant was not open (we called earlier to make a reservation and they took it). There were about 5 cars there and everyone was inside drinking a beer and listening to a guitar player. This would have been great if we weren't hungry and it's a considerable drive north and then east of Scottsdale Rd. And despite the fact that there are signs proclaiming "Cowboy Steaks" outside, there are no steaks on the menu. According to the bartender, they are going to bring back steaks soon. We left to find a restaurant and didn't eat there.
