“Good place for dessert with dog (Indian School Rd. location)”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 1, 2014

After going out to dinner elsewhere, we came back to our hotel, parked the car, got the dog out of the hotel room, then walked out to Old Town to find something sweet. We peeked into the Sugar Bowl, but the long line, limited choices (our son cannot have dairy), and lack of outdoor seating kept us away. Across from the Sugar Bowl is the Toy & Candy company, and we peeked in there, too, but decided against it because it seemed like it was candy only (i.e. no baked goods). On our way back toward the hotel we spied Paradise, which we've been to before, but this time was really serendipitous. Not only did we get some yummy treats, but they had outdoor seating which really worked out well for us because we had our dog along. (For the record, I'm not 100% sure they allow/condone dogs on the outdoor patio, but it was near closing time, and the patio was dark, and no one seemed to mind.) I really wish they still had these in Tucson, but they were converted to Panera recently.

“great place for breakfast”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 26, 2013

It was on Scottsdale Rd right down the street from Firesky. Nice shopping center and atmosphere. Tasty breakfast sandwiches. Good strong coffee. Reasonable prices.

“Consistent and the cookies!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 3, 2013

Great place and good bakery also . Soup bowls and veggie sandwich were great . And the cookies especially macadamia are to die for .

Simple place great fresh food and salads every thine we go . We go often to this location and others for lunch and love it.

Does not break the bank and nice salads like Chinese chicken Asian one and self serve drink and tables are fine.

Great salad is great also and they sell bottled dressing.

Kind of cafeteria style after you order your meal.

And dont forget to get a box of cookies to go everyone loves them.

“typical mediocre menu”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 29, 2013

Nothing in this restaurant screams, "eat me now!" If you are looking for food reminiscent of Denny's, Village Inn, Applebee's and the like, this restaurant is for you. It may be a bit more upscale in décor than the others, but the food Paradise Bakery offers is about the same. Think franchise.

“A quaint place with delicious food and atmosphere!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 24, 2013

The food was outstanding. We ate here several times and it was conveniently near our hotel. Everyone was friendly and it was a very pleasant place to relax and eat great food. I would highly recommend it! We loved the variety of food that was offered.
