I have been a lot of spas and this one ranks in my top five. The spa is new, so there is that fresh feeling to the entire place. Also, the ameneties are great with the steam room, plunge pool, and waterfalls. There is a courtyard garden area that each treatment room has access to. The roof top deck pool was top notch.
I would recommend making a whole day experience here. Start with a yoga or activity in the fitness area. Be sure to really allow yourself a good hour before your treatment to steam, cold plunge pool and shower. Relax and then do your treatment to get the most of it. We had lunch ordered into the Asian rock pool area and it was perfect. A little spendy, but gratuity, tax, and beverage are included and the meal was very fresh. Then go up to the roof top deck and chill for the rest of the day. You can easily get away with only getting one treatment done, but feel like you were pampered all day.
As a point of reference, some of my favorite spas that compare include LaCosta in San Diego, Le Meridian and Esmeralda in Palm Springs, Grand Velas outside of Puerto Vallarta and the Pennisula in Chicago.
