Even though we arrived at 2am after flight delays, we were in a good mood and happy to be at the hotel. Front desk was a ghost town...it seemed no one was working. Finally, a girl came to the desk looking bothered to check us in, and seemed to have problems locating our reservation. She then said there was no reservation; luckily, I printed the reservation earlier and handed it to her. A while later she finally produced us keys with a map.
This was not the worst check-in service I've ever had to this point, but walking to our room I find out she selected a room for my sweet 86 year old mom who has a hard time walking TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE PROPERTY. This property is huge...how inconsiderate! My poor mom's legs! After finally getting there, i find that my keys don't work. I walked all the way back and she acted put out to produce new keys, without even saying sorry and insinuating I didn't do it right (duh, the light was red so I know the key wasn't working).
It's 2:45am, I'm tired, grumpy from the rude service...and my A/C isn't cooling this warm room. What a horrible experience.

Thank you for being with us and for this feedback on your stay at our resort. I cannot apologize enough for the lack of service and hospitality provided by this guest service agent. This matter has been addressed immediately with the team member involved. Please pass on my apologies to your dear mother. I do hope that you will both give us another opportunity to show you that we are better than this.
