Stayed in a one-bedroom suite on the 2nd floor and stayed 2 nights. Room needed updating. Couch was lumpy and uncomfortable. There was a mysterious red, square stain next to the couch and the end table next to the couch was dirty. The bed was comfortable and we utilized the extra pillows. My fiance utilized the guest laundry. Breakfast was good, but crowded. First day we barely got a table, the 2nd day, we had to sneak the food up to our room because there was no where to sit. The walls were very thin so be prepare to hearing the other guests.

Stayed here the weekend of March 2-3. Pretty nice hotel- we have elite status with Carlson, so were upgraded to a corner suite on the first floor. Room was nice, large enough to spread out. Bed was firm, towels weren't thick but adequate. Water pressure in shower was excellent. Full hot breakfast was good as well- scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles and potatoes. Cookies at check in were quite good as well. This is a pet friendly hotel- so a LOT of dogs out and about very early in the morning. Wasn't an issue for us since we are early risers, but your mileage may vary. A decent value in the high season at 150/night with taxes/fees included. Suite was a little dated, could use some renovations- but overall was clean- not a '5'- but was a '4' plus hotel- recommended.

Always enjoy our stay here. Overall, it's a quiet location and staff is friendly. We enjoy the hot tub/pool area. All age groups would enjoy their stay here. Complete breakfast with many choices is included in the room rate. Love the fresh baked cookies available in the lobby every afternoon.

We travel a lot for sports. We have bee coming to this hotel for the last 5 months for soccer tournaments. Everything is always excellent. I have called at the last minuet to add another hotel room and they are always accommodating. We have asked to have breakfast server early and they put out a full breakfast for us. Not once have they handed us a brown bag with an apple and said this was the best they could do. Staff is always polite and going above and beyond to help in anyway that they can.

The only Con is the room size for the double queen. (never been in any other room) It is on the small side but, we keep coming back because of the service.
