My Husband and I stayed 1 night while touring the area. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Restaurants nearby to grab dinner. Somewhat difficult to find after dark as roads are winding and Very Dark with no lighting. Breakfast was good but nothing special. Stayed here because of the good reviews :)

Room Tip: 4th floor rooms have a great view

I stayed here last week and found the service to be exceptionally good. My room was spotless, well-maintained, and quiet. Breakfast was hot with various offerings, including eggs. The location is perfectly placed between Prescott and Prescott Valley. The staff were very polite and cordial. I've stayed at many motels over the years and this one was just superbly managed. You will not be disappointed and the view is impressive!

Room Tip: If you stay in a room on the east side, you'll have Prescott Valley as a vista.

Just completed a three day trip thru Prescott, Jerome, Sedona and Phoenix and this hotel was
the highlight of the trip. We were lucky and were on the fourth floor. Boy what a view. The hotel is on top of a hill and the view is probably just as good on all floors. Breakfast had egg and cheese and bacon. Not found in other hotels that I've stayed at lately.

We stayed at the Comfort Suites last weekend and found there was nothing special about the place. The Positives: Good pricing and breakfast. The Negatives: Cramped rooms. Overall amenities were good and the room and common areas clean. It is somewhat hard to find the entrance as the signage is poor.

Usually stay here 1-2 times a year and prior stays had no issues. This time around seems like things have changed. Arrived to check in and was asked to sign a waiver of sort to ensure that we adhere to quiet time by 10pm. As the agent explained to make sure the kids were not running up and down the halls, and being quiet. Thought this was quiet strange as I've traveled many places and this is a first if it's kind I've seen, not even 4 Diamond/5 Diamond hotels require such nonsense. This made me feel unwelcome as how did this employee yet to assume I had children traveling with me. So I checked in and leave the hotel to a family function upon return later in the night, I pull back my sheets and notice a dried blood stain. I immediately call the front desk asking for a new sheets. Agent says I'm sorry about that but I am not able to bring up sheets I am by self and I had two options. One I could go down and pick up new sheets and make my own bed or wait until 11pm for her relieve to bring sheets up to me. I went down to pick up sheets and called it night, had to be up early did not want to wait. Next went to bathe and opened up washcloth, again blood on washcloth. Very disgusting. Who would want to was themselves with a dirty bloodstain washcloth? Obviously, attention to detail is missing.

Great value for the money..rooms very clean..beds comfortable .Stayed in a 4th floor room with a great view. Quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was better than most hotels we have stayed. Nice variety of hot and cold selections. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here on our next visit to the Valley.
