The beauty of Marriott is that they give you a suite with two queen beds, and a sofa bed, so you actually only need one room, even if you are traveling with two teenagers, which was our case.

The suites were great. The Marriott beds are always a little soft for my taste, but they are confortable. The breakfast was substantial. You can make waffles, which my teens enjoyed.

The computers in the reception came in handy for e-mail. The hot tub was good, the water in the pool looked like it could have been a bit clearer. Staff very nice. A good value, well located within distance of the main square in Prescott, located 50 yards from a handy supermaket and chinese restaurant.

This is a fantastic place! We have been made to feel extremely welcome. The property is clean, clean, clean. Maid service is wonderful. Pool and spa is fine. Convenience is exceptional.
Grocery, Drugstore within walking distance. Also, a few minutes walk to the downtown area. I could not be more pleased. The staff are all so kind and helpful. Everyone in the property you meet smiles and wants to help.
Breakfast is fine. No worse than most places, and better than a lot. Clean room, comfortable beds, supplies sufficient. Fridge and microwave in room a real treat.
You will not be disappointed if you stay.
We love it! If anyone complains, they are picky, picky, picky!

We chose this property because of the reviews, called and requested a quiet room fpr 2 nights........ we ended up by the ice machine and elevator, with revelers stomping in until 2:00 am and an inebriated neighbor who couldn't open his door!!!!! We ended up staying an extra night at another hotel to sleep enough to drive home. At checkout we were given a $25 refund for our broken sleep..... almost an insult.
The "suite" was cramped, but clean, the decor not up to usual Marriot standatds, the breakfast was adequate, the staff were polite, the location busy. we will choose somewhere else next time.

My husband & I just completed a 3-night stay for Easter Weekend. We were visiting his daughter & her boyfriend, who attend Prescott College. Our suite was in the newer section and on the 3rd floor, per my advance request. We had a laptop and never experienced any trouble like the previous posters. We used the mini-fridge & microwave. Walked to 2 seperate dinners right on the Whiskey Row.

The buffet hot breakfast was well attended by staff, stocked, fresh and offered many excellent selections. The Indoor Spa was very hot and relaxing. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels upon request. Great Hairdryer...Overall Excellent.

I went to the Huss Inn to visit a room for a future trip, and they were very accomodating in viewing....nice traditional decor...just a different style, but a fantastic restaurant...one of my best.

We would stay at either properties again.

I stayed here with a colleague for 3 nights this past week and found the hotel to be quite above average. I was hesitant to give it an Excellent rating for two reasons: internet access and traffic noise.

As another traveller has noted on TripAdvisor, there are two computers available in a lovely sitting area near the Lobby, both of which were severely infected with viruses/worms and ran slowly, if at all.

I had brought my laptop, as I was in town for a business meeting, and after hunting for a connection port all over my suite, learned that the only computer access at the hotel was wireless.

I do not have a wireless card, so I went out to the nearby Staples and bought one. Unfortunately, to install the card, I needed to have access to the internet, because my laptop is a government computer and a special privilege needs to be granted via the internet to do so....Catch-22 if there ever was one! I inquired at the front desk as to whether or not they had any dial-up access to the internet to obtain the privilege and was told they did not.

The hotel itself is clean, well-appointed, and in an excellent location for both tourist and business travel. The beds are comfortable, and the pillows are either foam and feather pillows are available, to suit all tastes. Rooms have a dorm size fridge and microwave.

My first night was spent in a room in the newer addition to the hotel, which was on the 3rd floor and aligned with the shopping center to the back. Unfortunately, the suite's window faced the side street and the main street, the latter of which is a downhill stretch. Very noisy trucks downshifting all evening long well into the sleep hours kept me awake longer than I chose to be. I cranked the fan of the heat/AC unit up to high, but even it couldn't drown out the truck noise.

The following morning I asked the front desk to be transferred to a 1st floor room that did not face the side street/main street. I was graciously accommodated (Roy), and slept well the remainder of my stay.

High point of this hotel is the lovely breakfast that extends from 6 through 10 am. Most chains offer breakfast only until 9. The selection was very wide, the food was tasty and the dining area was spacious and welcoming. I also used the fitness center, which had a choice of cardio equipment of every style and one total weight exercise machine.

Overall, you will have an enjoyable stay at this hotel. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room to the left of the lobby and not too far to the end of the hall.
