Given the overpriced nature of lodging in Prescott, Springhill was an excellent value. We had an oversized room (studio suite?) with a sleeping area, and an area with a desk/table, fridge, and microwave. Bottled water was free, as was the wireless internet. They served a rather comprehensive breakfast buffet including omelettes (premade), eggs, waffles, and oatmeal, as well as the usual cereal and breads. The condition of the facility was excellent. What really made this place stand out is that the employees really seemed to CARE - about you, about the facility, and about their performance.

We stayed at the Springhill Suites in Prescott for 7 nights while on vacation, and it was fantastic! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel had a great breakfast in the morning. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It was quiet, and in a great location. I would definetly stay here again if the chance ever came up. This hotel shows the true Marriott quality!

“Clean, convenient, friendly”

We were planning to go hiking in Flagstaff on this weekend, but they wanted 40,000 Marriott points for the Fairfield Inn there. I found this Marriott property that was only 15,000 points, despite the fact that it was the weekend of Tsunami on the Square, a big annual festival in downtown Prescott.
The hotel was excellent -- super-clean and very convenient, only a three-block walk to downtown. The staff is friendly, too, and recommended a couple of great restaurants. We enjoyed Bin 239 wine bar and pizzeria right across the street, and also loved Cattleman's steakhouse just a short drive up the road. The Tsunami was also a lot of fun -- some kooky people and entertaining acts. Whisky Row was hopping on a Saturday night, too, but we turned in early to go hiking.
Breakfast in the morning was above-average, with decent pre-made cheese omelets with very tasty, spicy salsa for topping, in addition to the usual pastries, make-your-own-waffles, yogurt, cereal, etc.
Rooms were quiet. My husband heard someone in the hall yelling at her kids late at night, but I didn't hear it. The suite rooms have a sitting area with a couch and chair, desk and sink/fridge right when you walk in, and beds are at the back of the room, so it provides a buffer zone for the noise.
Rooms are spacious, and I always appreciate the bathroom setup where the sink/mirror is outside instead of housed with the shower and toilet. Makes it easier to get ready without bumping into each other.
All in all, one of the best budget hotels I've ever stayed at. I highly recommend it.

We spent one night at this property. Hotel is well located with access to restaurants, drug store and many other businesses right across the street. The staff was very pleasant and provided efficient service. Breakfast was acceptable, average breakfast you get with similar properties. Our room was clean and comfortable.

“Super location and accomodations”

SpringHill Suites Prescott

Prescott has numerous chain hotels/motels but the Springhill Suites is the closest to the quaint downtown and Whiskey Row area. The hotel was just steps from a large shopping center with a major supermarket and just a few blocks from the shopping and restaurants of downtown. I didn't discover many "tourist attractions" in Prescott but there was more than enough to do to fill a 2 day visit. The hotel offered comfortable studio style suites and a nice indoor pool. Great comfy bed! The free breakfast was a nice surprise offering omlettes, belgium waffles, and sausage along with the usual continental breakfast items. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I'm sure Prescott's B&B's are great but if you don't like surprises, the Springhill Suites is the place to stay.
