“Unique hotel in a world of Chains”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 24, 2011

Forest Villas is a European-style hotel, complete with breakfast. The lobby is lush with live plants and a curving staircase, perfect for weddings. In fact, one was in progress, with bride and attendants descending. Rooms are average sized with new furniture. The whole place is immaculate, including the pool and Jacuzzi. A far cry from the cookie-cutter hotels populating the US these days.

The staff is warm, knowledgeable and welcoming. We've been here several times, always wishing for more.

Room Tip: Second floor rooms looking towards the mountains have the best views. Second choice would be those...

We had a wonderful weekend at The Forest Villas Hotel. The hotel is beautiful. Everything was exceptionally clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved our little balcony too.

We stayed at this hotel because they had a Groupon which reduced the price to an affordable level. The hotel was clean and unique. We enjoyed the little balcony right off the room. The hotel shows a little wear (a letter was missing on the lighted sign, shrubs needed pruning, a few lights were out), but nothing that effected our stay. The breakfast was as advertised.

My son and I were on an expedition to see Embry Riddle for his Helicopter Pilots School. We had never been to Prescott before and picked this hotel from the internet. The staff was freindly and helpful. The rooms were spotless. Wireless was fast. Business center handy. There was not one thing missing. Breakfast buffet was much more than a buffet! It was a spread. Almost anything that you could want. We enjoyed the jacuzzi. We felt like that we were the only ones there. Parking was simple.
I would definately recommend this to travelers! I know that when my husband and I come to visit my son, we will stay here!
An added bonus: Lynx lake is just 5 minutes from hotel. What a beautiful place to take a hike!

Very nice hotel, quiet, nice no smoking rooms. Staff was very friendly. Will go back to this charming hotel next time in Prescott. Continental breakfast was fair, They should change the scrambled eggs and sausage to maybe bacon the next day, otherwise you eat the same thing everyday.

This place is older but just oozes charm! It's very well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms all have private patios - which for any traveling smoker in Arizona is priceless. The only negative was the continental breakfast - just so/so. This place is full of ambiance! It is a little on the older side so if you're looking for modern this is not for you. Very clean, best nights sleep I had on the whole trip and beautiful garden too. I will definately be back and would recommend to others.

Forest Villas is a family friendly place offering clean rooms, buffet breakfast, nice decor-especially all the plants in the lobby, and friendly staff. We enjoyed the Sunday morning piano music during breakfast. Kids loved the pool. Will definitely stay here again!!!
