I booked via internet and an on-line travel company. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. There's free internet access in the lobby but no printer; however, the front desk was agreeable to printing from their computer (we ended up not needing to do that). Our room had two comfortable and clean queen beds. There was a tv with cable a small refrigerator and a small bathroom with no fan but a small window. The sink area is outside the bathroom with enough counter space. A coffee maker and ironing board are nice features. The room and bathroom were both clean. The towels were in good condition. The location is a little off the beaten path but provided a calm, safe and quiet place to stay. The breakfast bar was free with good basic food: hard boiled eggs, muffins, bagels, pastries, waffles, juices, coffee, cereal, and oatmeal. If you are looking for fancy go elsewhere. If you are looking for value then this is a good fit.
