Pluses----Clean, comfortable room. Nice touches like quality toiletries, extra pillows. Really pretty setting. Expanded continental breakfast--really was fresh and satisfying. The beverage bar is available all day.

Minuses---Wireless internet didn't work, staff unable to assist. (but they do have a guest computer in the lobby) Our fridge didn't work at first, and when it did is was NOISY)

Overall, excellent value for the $$$, and we would stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and loved it. Great location for hiking trails in Prescott National Forest and downtown shopping. Kirsty at front desk was very pleasant. Hotel offers a continental breakfast and served typical cereal, yogurt, bagels and fruit; we also made waffles on the waffle iron. Hotel had a nice sunroom near lobby to eat breakfast. Rooms were clean and have refrigerator and microwave oven. Large outdoor jaccuzi felt great after a long day of hiking.

At a reduced rate it was probably typical for summer in Prescott.
The rooms are clean and reasonably sized. The spa is not too bad and makes a change from the usual tiny pond. Breakfast was good but seating is an issue at peak times. The location is nice and its not too far into town.

There were 2 very bad things about the hotel. The room carpet was really dirty. I was not paying attention as we were hurried to go into town when we checked in. We stay in this chain very often and we hardily ever have problems. The other issue is that there are only a few tables to have breakfast and you have to wait in a very sunny and uncomfortable room. The pool is really the size of a large Jacuzzi. Will not stay here again. It could be a nice property if they took a little more care and invested in some improvements. Keep on looking.
