At a reduced rate it was probably typical for summer in Prescott.
The rooms are clean and reasonably sized. The spa is not too bad and makes a change from the usual tiny pond. Breakfast was good but seating is an issue at peak times. The location is nice and its not too far into town.

There were 2 very bad things about the hotel. The room carpet was really dirty. I was not paying attention as we were hurried to go into town when we checked in. We stay in this chain very often and we hardily ever have problems. The other issue is that there are only a few tables to have breakfast and you have to wait in a very sunny and uncomfortable room. The pool is really the size of a large Jacuzzi. Will not stay here again. It could be a nice property if they took a little more care and invested in some improvements. Keep on looking.

Housekeeping kept knocking on our door too early in the morning and woke us up. We had to tell the housekeeper to go away. So housekeeping moved on to the next room. The walls are thin so we heard housekeeping vacuuming in the other room. The general manager was courteous and took care of the problem. The outdoor stairs and second floor walkway could use some attention. But the room was clean with modern furnishings. The complimentary breakfast was decent. Nice location up in the pines near Prescott.

Despite a couple reviews I've seen elsewhere, the hotel is easy to find and actually very close to downtown Prescott. A nice quiet area in a treed canyon.

We stayed one night.

Downtown Prescott's Montezuma St turns into Whiskey Row and then quickly becomes White Spar Rd which is also hwy 89 South. All the same road with different names, but not a lot of traffic near the hotel.

The rooms were clean and unremarkable except for the beds, which were decidedly uncomfortable. Better beds would make this property excellent.

The hotel featured an automated 'wake up call' system that worked well.

The staff were friendly and there were no problems with checkin or checkout. There was plenty of parking.

There is a typical contenental breakfast offered "we have waffles now".

The property has kidney shaped outdoor spa which might look like a swimming pool from photos.
