We had confirmed reservations for a specific room type and price for two rooms but when we checked in they gave us the wrong type of room. After hauling our bags to the room we found this out and went back to the desk to ask for the correct rooms. At first they said they did not have any, but after showing them the confirmation documents the manager came over and try to tell us that he did not have any rooms. Once again I showed them the confirmation and half an hour later we had the rooms. The beds felt like a board with half an inch of padding, the rooms were infested with sipders, moths and other insects. More lightbulbs were burnt out than not. The "Free hot breakfast" was a waist. When we checked out they refeused to give us a receipt and said they would mail it to us. I just received it today and they have overcharged us. Find someplace, (anyplace) else to stay.

Table broken and unusable. Found a used tooth pick on the floor otherwise reasonable but put off using the place again.

I thought the Prescottonian was an average motel experience. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was large and clean. It had a fridge, ironing board and iron, and a decent TV. The bed was very hard and I didn't sleep very well. The room was quiet despite the heavy traffic on the road in front of the motel. It took me 25 minutes to hike downtown to check out the courthouse area. I thought the walk was pleasant. The next morning the continental breakfast was nicely laid out and clean.

A pretty resonable Best Western experience. The free breakfast was good, served in a coffee shop adjacent to the office. The pool was filled with kids. There's a little bar on the property - nothing special. The rooms were a bit dingy. Westayed here because they advertised high speed internet access in some rooms. When we checked in, we found out it was a wireless system. We didn't have the hardware to access it! There are nicer places to stay in Prescott.
