“A pretty lake”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 14, 2013

Nice lake but if no shade along any of the trails that surround the lake. Good for kayaking and rentals available right there.

“Great landscape”

We went on a hike from the boat launch area. It was great. At sunset the colors were amazing.

“Close recreation area”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 9, 2013

Very easily accessible to a beautiful lake with lots of trails and a small playground. Plan to pay a parking fee of $2.00 to enter.

“Simply Beautiful”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 30, 2013

This is one of those spots that leaves you in awe of its natural beauty. This is a great place to take photos. There are hiking trails, picnic facilities, and boat ramps. No motorized boats are allowed. It is not unusual to see sail boats, kayaks, and canoes. Camping is allowed. It costs $2 to bring your car in. Many people park in a pull off, with parking for a few cars, right off of highway 89. From there, you can hike down to the lake. It is a very short distance.

“Hidden Gem”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 29, 2013

Great for hiking, biking and kayaking. Much more to it than you initially see when entering the park. Don't be fooled. It is beautiful the farther you go back into the Granite Dells
