Stayed there in July 2011. Looked like a nice quiet place from AZ 260. Asked the proprietor if I could look at a room, and he seemed rather offended. Why? Because all his rooms were first-rate, and I ought to be able to take his word for it! Despite this, I purchased the room, and it indeed was clean, spacious, quiet, and a good value.
